2.1 Customers will need to pay for all purchases in full before they are able to receive the discounted gift cards which they have purchased through www.discountdingo.com.

2.3 There are no shipping or delivery charges for any of the items purchased through www.discountdingo.com as all items are shipped remotely.

2.5 Payments from Visa and Mastercard are accepted forms of payment, and all customers will also be asked to enter their billing information in order to purchase the gift cards.
2.6 We ask all customers to double check their information before submitting a payment to us – we shall not be liable for any delays to orders or deliveries which have been caused by late payments, or not the right information being provided.
2.7 All of our payments are processed through a secure payment portal which uses high standard and industry level security measures.

3. Selling gift cards
3.1 We also offer customers of www.discountdingo.com the opportunity to sell gift cards that they do not want or need in exchange for cash.
3.2 To do this customers need to follow the steps on the sell to us page, which clearly highlights the customer journey and how to sell gift cards through us.
3.3 Please note that www.discountdingo.com will only make payments out once we have received the gift cards and we have done all necessary authenticity checks on them.
3.4 Once the gift cards have been received and approved then payment will be sent to the customer’s bank account.
3.5 We again ask all customers to please make sure that they check all of their banking information carefully before they share it with us as we will not be liable for any delays or erroneous payments which have been caused by the customer not providing the right information
3.6 We will aim to process all payments for gift cards within two working days. In the event that more than two working days have passed and you have not yet received your payment, then please get in touch with the member of the team and someone will review this for you.
4. Delivery
4.1 The website www.discountdingo.com deals exclusively in digital products, therefore all of the items which have been purchased shall be sent to the customer to the email address which is associated with their account.
4.2 We aim to ship all gift cards immediately and no later than 24 hours after the payment has been processed. However, if it has been longer than 24 hours then please get in touch with a member of the team and someone will look into this for you as soon as possible.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
